MOLERITE
Molerite is the first stop in Bansko, not to be missed by the lovers of lip-smacking food, traditions, local hospitality, decades-old unfaltering quality.
The Molerov House dates back to the late 1990's, and Complex Molerite - one of the most authentic and homely places in Bansko, opened its doors
ten years later. The hotel section has 25 double rooms and 5 suites, the restaurant seats up to 80, and the conference hall is equipped to accommodate the same number. Along with the clear Pirin air, full recreation is also helped by the perfectly appointed spa center, with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, hydro massage, solarium and fitness room.
However, in their own words, the soul of Molerite is in the Complex's winery, where the guests can taste wines from the most fruitful Bulgarian vineyards and to see a collection which has been built for generations. The tasting hall can seat 30-35. It hosts group tastings for tourists, accompanied with a vibrant folk program. Those who seek the atmosphere of the Molerov House are welcome to the Complex's Molerite Tavern, which seats 200 in winter and twice as many in summer. The band performs not only the typical Macedonian folklore, but also the inimitable Bansko acapella singing.
OBETSANOVA TAVERN
Everybody who has ever been to Bansko is bound to have visited the 0BETSANOVA TAVERN - one of the oldest, most famous and spacious traditional places in Bansko. It has a wonderful garden overlooking the church, with authentic decorations and a cozy atmosphere. Those who appreciate the charm of live music will be able to enjoy the tavern's Banski Merak Band - an excellent addition to the warmth of the fireplace
and the aroma of the lovely local dishes. The panoramic positioning of the fireplace allows the guests to personally observe the preparation of their mezes on the hot coals. Here food is a cult and the regulars' favourites include a rich choice of game delicacies, roast lambs and pigs. An excellent wine list completes the joyful experience.
